Sad news on this Wednesday morning coming out of Sudbury, Ontario. Janis Foligno, wife of former Hershey Bears head coach Mike Foligno lost her battle with cancer Monday night according to the Sudbury Wolves' web site. The Foligno family lived in Derry Township during their time in central PA, and were part of the fabric of our community during that time. Our thoughts are not only with Mike today, but their children Nick, Marcus, Cara and Lisa. Now with the Ottawa Senators, Nick had a chance on the way to the NHL to return to Hershey and play against the Bears as a member of the Binghamton Senators. Perhaps one day soon, we'll see Marcus here too. He was just drafted by the Buffalo Sabres.
